Thanks for your selection of Huacard Reader/writer or Eltron Card Printer or CIM Card Printer! All branches, franchisers and agents of Shenzhen Huacard Technology CO. LTD all around the country will provide the following service to you.
We carry out one year of warranty one the whole-set of printer starting from the date of delivery (the date of contract signing shall prevail), and free replacement for printer head within 3 months or less than 100 thousands times of printing, whenever which one reaches the standard first (excluding artificial scraps, nicks as well as misuse). Please refer to the Regulations on Repair, Replacement and Refund Liability for Some Commodities.
2  The warranty period for smart card reader/writer is two years.

3  The following cases will be excluded from the scope of free service:

(1) The purchased equipment is exceeded the period of warranty;

(2) Without warrant (warranty on repair, refund and replacement) for and valid invoice;

(3) Damage caused by presumed dismantling, repairing or reformation by person other than personnel from authorized service center of Takcere (such as add software or interface by client) or using of parts not provided by Megatec

(4) Fault or damage caused by the using of consuming materials not provided by Megatec or printing media not supported by the printer;

(5) Printing sheets have exceeded the quantity of the life specified by the manufacturer;

(6) The type specified on the warrant is not conform with the type of product to be repaired or the warrant is altered;

(7) Fault caused by mal-operation without following the requirement in the manual (such as unplug cable while power on);

(8) Damaged caused by improper caring of the client, such as faults due to movement or fall down, damage due to watering, scraping or breaking.

(9) Fault or damage due to that the using environment is not conform with the specified condition in the Product Manual;

(10) Damage due to improper package during shipment made by the client;

(11) Damage due to force majeure such as fire and earthquake.

•  Service and additional configuration promised by agent or franchiser shall be responsible by the agent or franchiser.

This quality warranty is only valid in the mainland of China, Shenzhen Takcere Credit Card ManufacturingLtd. reserves the rights for final explaining.
